There are 50 condominium units (1 and 2 bedrooms) in the Association.  


Are there any pet restrictions in the community?

Yes.  No pets are allowed in the community.


What is included in the COA dues?

Dues are paid quarterly and include Common areas, exterior maintenance, lawn care, trash removal, Xfinity cable and hurricane insurance on the buildings.


What amenities does Park Plaza have?

Park Plaza features:

-          One community clubhouse with an outdoor grill
