Park Plaza is a small 50-unit complex with one and two-bedroom condos on upper or lower levels. All units have screened-in patios front or back, and many units have been updated. Built in 1973, Park Plaza has reasonable condo fees which cover maintenance of the common areas, exterior maintenance of the buildings, lawn care, trash removal, HD cable and hurricane insurance on the buildings. Amenities include a heated swimming pool, a clubhouse with outdoor grilling, off-street parking and common laundry facilities in each of the four buildings.
Owners enjoy all that south Florida has to offer including frequent social gatherings in the clubhouse during the season, the beach right next door, Carlin Park in their back yard, which offers the Heart Track, walking trails, tennis courts, biking lanes and more! It is a very quiet and private 55-and-over community with no pets allowed.
Park Plaza is located across the street from the Jupiter Beach Resort and Maltz-Jupiter Theater, at the intersection of East Indiantown Road and A1A. It is within easy walking distance to Publix, a drug store, movie theaters, banking, shops and restaurants.
